These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Calm Oasis holistic therapy website
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Calm Oasis Holistic Therapy website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. License of use
Permission is granted to individual students to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
· copy and/or modify and materials;
· use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
· attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the school’s web site;
· remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
· transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the School/Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format. Additionally students enrolled onto courses through Udemy retain lifetime access to the courses and it is recommended they work to complete the course within the year; to receive an approved Diploma certificate in person class room attendance is required and additional fees are incurred at the cost of the student..
Students who purchase with the school directly; we advise and recommended that you complete your course within 12 months of purchase, and no longer. Please note courses that are not completed within 1 years are considered invalid and void. If you need an extension you must email for one before the year is up.
The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall the School be held or deemed liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorised of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. Additionally the following applies - Students understand and accept, that when engaged with our courses, they agree to the following:
You, the student, agree that only you are responsible for the actions you take as a result of the learning you do with Calm Oasis Holistic Therapy. You agree that Holistic and Massage courses taken with any associated instructors, authors and staff of Calm Oasis Holistic Therapy do not take and are not responsible for the decisions you make and/or the actions you take. You, the student, hereby release, any of our courses authors and staff from any and all liability of any kind, directly or indirectly related to the learning material provided to you through this website. You, the student, understand that when you enrol in any of our courses it is expected and accepted that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out by Calm Oasis Holistic Therapy.
5. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Should you have purchased any of the courses through the Udemy of Skillshare platform you are under their respective policy for refunds and cancellations and it is your personal responsibility to make yourself familiar with their policy.
Should you purchase directly from the School then accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period in which you may cancel your enrollment by giving notice to us in writing or by email. In the case of distance learning courses, this right expires once your products have been sent to you either as a file or a download link. We will however offer a full refund if you have purchased your course on CD Rom and it is returned to us within 7 days.
Should you purchase a course with the aim to become a qualified professional therapist in the chosen modality you will understand that you will be required to complete all assignments and assessments and submit these for marking with personal information redacted wherever necessary. You will also accept that you will have to attend in person training sessions to be assessed for your hands on practice and that any other costs such as travel, uniform, lodging etc is not included in the course fee but covered at your own expense.
Should you have any complaints about your course then you are determined by the place of purchase; udemy and skillshare have their own policy and you are responsible for making yourself familiar with it. Where you have purchased your course directly from the school complaints should be made in writing, email is accepted, and sent to training officer Deborah Casey within 7 days of issue arising. Due to the nature of the learning materials there is no refund option available to students – there is no refund for change of mind. Where material is viewed to be damaged then a replacement will be offered.
